Phil Blount serves as the firm’s president and founder. Before he began his career, Mr. Blount graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Accounting and from Georgia State University with an M.B.A. in Management. He worked with Hay Group, one of the nation’s largest human resources consulting firms, for over 15 years and served as their Vice President & Managing Director over their U.S. Southern regional operations. Phillip Blount & Associates’ other principals, prior to beginning their consulting careers, also have over 20 years of experience working within private companies as well as in for-profit and non-profit organizations.
